1. Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Tiny's Taxis Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Tiny's Taxis provides taxi and private hire vehicle services, including but not limited to:

• Local and long-distance taxi journeys
• Airport transfers
• Executive and corporate transportation
• Parcel delivery services

All services are subject to availability and our right to refuse service.

3. Bookings

3.1 Making a Booking

Bookings can be made by telephone, online, or via our approved booking platforms. A booking is confirmed when you receive acknowledgement from us.

3.2 Booking Information

You must provide accurate pickup and destination information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

3.3 Advance Bookings

For advance bookings, we will endeavour to arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed time. We cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic conditions.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel a booking without charge by notifying us before a driver is dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather, vehicle breakdown, or unavailability of drivers.

5. Fares and Payment

5.1 Pricing

• Local journeys: Metered fares in accordance with local authority tariffs
• Airport transfers: Fixed price quotes provided at time of booking
• Long-distance: Quoted price agreed before journey commences

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, card payments, and provide account facilities for approved business customers.

5.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

• Waiting time beyond agreed free period
• Soiling or damage to vehicle
• Parking charges incurred during journey
• Toll charges
• Excessive luggage

6. Passenger Responsibilities

6.1 Conduct

Passengers must:

• Behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers
• Not consume food or drink without driver's permission
• Not smoke or vape in vehicles
• Wear seatbelts as required by law
• Supervise children appropriately

6.2 Luggage

Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Please inform us of excessive or unusual items when booking.

6.3 Lost Property

We will make reasonable efforts to reunite passengers with lost property. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured for hire and reward in accordance with legal requirements.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control
• Missed flights, appointments, or connections
• Indirect or consequential losses

8. Complaints and Disputes

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate all complaints promptly and fairly.

9. Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
